The Lexington County Sheriff’s Office is a full-service law enforcement agency working tirelessly to protect and serve Lexington County and its more than 295,000 citizens.


Lexington Medical Center

Located in West Columbia, SC, Lexington Medical Center is a 607-bed hospital anchoring a five-community-medical-center health care network. LMC is the largest extended care facility in the Carolinas.


Lexington Medical Center (LMC) Foundation

The LMC Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established by Lexington Medical Center and committed to improving local health care services via the support of caregivers and community programs.


Lexington/Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (LRADAC)

LRADAC is a Lexington County-based nonprofit organization supporting Lexington and Richland counties’ citizens through vital prevention, intervention and alcohol and substance use disorder treatment programs.

Serve & Connect provides the tools, training and technical assistance necessary for police departments, local organizations, leaders and residents to work together to improve community outcomes.
