This pop-up event will be a space for the community to talk or vent about their every day or large struggles that take a toll on their wellbeing. In hopes of reducing their stress by creating conversations around a personalized, and impactful mental health conversation. If resources are needed, they will be provided with a customized resource list or if they just want to vent, we will have professionals waiting to be that listening ear. Quarterly Partnership Network Meeting

Are you an organization that serves Lexington County? Are you someone who has lived experience and would like to share your experiences and voice with the group?

On behalf of Uplift Lexington County, I am excited to invite you to the Quarterly Uplift Lexington County Partnership Network Meeting.

Location is TBD

What is my role as a partner? We believe that by working together we can achieve amazing things! We want to create an environment between our partners where we can collaborate to change the way we respond in a shared way and lean on each other for support - bolstering the individual strengths of each partner and creating a group approach through Uplift on how to best improve interactions.

Subcommittees: At the last meeting each attendee chose a subcommittee to participate in. Groups were connected by email or text to allow for constant collaboration around the goal they set to achieve by the next meeting. There are three subcommittees, (1) resource guide development (2) first responder/healthcare provider support and (3) youth focus. We have set aside time for the subcommittees to meet during this meeting to review the goal they set at the last meeting along with the progress that has been made! We hope to see all has been achieved, and following our review, there will be the time for subcommittees to set another goal to accomplish! Are you new and don’t have a subcommittee? Don’t worry, you can choose one of the subcommittees to participate in if you would like to contribute to the amazing work they are doing.

We encourage our partners to invite other community partners to this event if you think they would be a great addition to the team! If you are receiving this email as a forward, please take this as your formal invitation to the event.
